Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within Denmark.


If shipping to other countries is available, this will be indicated at checkout.


Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is normally 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or delays caused by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be longer.


Shipping Carriers

We offer delivery through one of the following shipping providers:

  • DAO
  • GLS
  • PostNord

The available shipping method and shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and depend on your selected delivery option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing delivery information and a tracking number.


Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected from a parcel shop, parcel locker, or similar collection point and is therefore returned to us, this will not automatically be considered a valid cancellation of the purchase.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must clearly notify us and follow our return procedure via our Return Portal:

For uncollected parcels, we reserve the right to charge an amount corresponding to our actual costs for return shipping and handling, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.


Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

If your order is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist in investigating the matter.

When returning goods, you are responsible for the item until it has been received by us. We therefore recommend that you return items securely packaged and with tracking.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days when shopping on marque.dk.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items in a single order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period expires 14 days after receipt of the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the cancellation period expires that you wish to cancel the purchase.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing delivery or failing to collect the parcel without also clearly informing us that you wish to cancel the purchase.

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision.

The goods must be returned to the return address provided in the Return Portal.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed or unless the return concerns a justified complaint or an incorrect delivery.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD) or parcels sent without prior agreement.


Return Costs

As a general rule, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods when exercising their right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and try on the goods in the same way as you would be permitted to do in a physical retail store.

However, the goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the goods have been handled more than necessary, you may be liable for any diminished value. This means that we may deduct an amount from your refund if the item has lost value as a result of your handling.

Examples of circumstances that may result in a reduction in value include:

  • The item has been used.
  • The item has been washed.
  • The item has stains, marks, or damage.
  • The item smells of perfume, smoke, food, or similar odours.
  • The item shows clear signs of wear.
  • Original packaging, labels, tags, or hangtags are missing where this affects the item's resale value.

We recommend returning the goods securely packaged and in the same condition in which you received them.


Refunds Following Cancellation

If you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the goods together with delivery costs equivalent to our least expensive standard delivery option.

If you selected a delivery option that is more expensive than our standard delivery service, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the return relates to a valid complaint or an incorrect delivery.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notification that you wish to cancel the purchase.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

This is carried out in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including the rules governing refunds following cancellation.


Partial Returns

If you return only part of your order, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s).

The original shipping cost will not be refunded if you keep one or more items from the same order, as the delivery service has still been performed for the part of the order you retain.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, variant, or product, you must return your purchase through our Return Portal and then place a new order on marque.dk.

Complaints and Warranty Claims

Right to Make a Complaint

When purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).

This statutory right cannot be waived or reduced in relation to consumers.

The right to make a complaint applies to defects and faults that were present at the time of delivery or where the cause of the defect existed at the time of delivery.

A complaint may, for example, relate to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product defects
  • Incorrect items supplied
  • Significant defects in materials, quality, or workmanship
  • Defects not caused by ordinary wear and tear or improper use

The right to make a complaint does not cover faults, damage, or wear resulting from:

  • Improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Incorrect washing
  • Incorrect treatment or handling
  • Damage caused by the customer


How to Submit a Complaint

Resolution of Valid Complaints

In the event of a valid complaint, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.


Product Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longest possible lifespan of your product, please follow any care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the product itself.

We generally recommend treating all products with care and following any washing, care, or usage instructions provided.

Damage resulting from improper use, washing, treatment, or maintenance is not covered by the statutory right to make a complaint.

Force Majeure

MARQUE ApS shall not be liable for delays in performance or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Strikes
  • Lockouts
  • Natural disasters
  • Fire
  • War
  • Pandemics
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Transport disruptions
  • IT system failures
  • Supplier failures
  • Other similar events beyond our reasonable control

In such circumstances, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event preventing performance.


Errors and Reservations

We reserve the right for:

  • Typographical errors
  • Pricing errors
  • Out-of-stock products
  • Technical errors
  • Errors in product descriptions
  • Changes in taxes, VAT rates, duties, or shipping costs

If an obvious error has occurred regarding pricing or product information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
