Refund policy
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Marque.dk.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires.
All returns must be registered through our Return Portal:
Once you have registered your return, the item must be sent back no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The item must be returned to the return address provided in the Return Portal.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return concerns a valid complaint or an incorrect delivery.
The item must be returned securely packaged and in the same condition in which you received it. You may inspect and try on the item in the same way as you would in a physical store, but the item must not be used, washed, damaged, or show clear signs of wear.
If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you may be liable for any loss in value.
Refunds
If you cancel your entire purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) as well as the delivery costs corresponding to our least expensive standard delivery option, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.
If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded for the returned item(s) only. The original delivery charge will not be refunded if you keep one or more items from the order.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision to cancel the purchase.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, variant, or item, you must return your purchase through our Return Portal and then place a new order on Marque.dk.
